便利屋ほほえみの仕事・トイレ用の蛇口の掃除
トイレというのは、普段の生活のなかで絶対に欠かせない場所です。使用頻度が高く、ある意味1番汚れる場所でもあります。
だからこそ、常に清潔を保ちたいものですよね。

今回は、トイレの貯水タンクの受け皿と蛇口の掃除について解説していきます。
トイレの汚れの基本は、アルカリ性です。
アルカリ性の汚れを打破するのは、酸性となります。
水垢にも酸性が有効だというのは、便利屋ほほえみブログでも何度か紹介してきました。
そこで、今回使うアイテムから紹介致します。
皆様おなじみの『サンポール』と、ごく一般的な食器用スポンジです。
上記のサンポールは、江戸川区のコーナンで２９８円で買ったもので、食器用スポンジは小岩駅近くのスーパーで5個入りで１２８円の商品です。
このような安い商品なんですが、サンポールに関しては市販で購入できる範囲では最強の酸性洗剤なんです。
余談としては、サンポールは錆び落としにも効果を発揮してくれます。
これが本日の汚れという名の敵です。
蛇口には多くの汚れが付着しているのがわかりますね。タンクの上にも黒い汚れが見えます。
タンクの上の汚れは、比較的簡単に汚れが取れますが、蛇口が厄介なんです。
強力な汚れに対しては、瞬時に汚れを落とす洗剤やスポンジは存在しません。
長時間の浸け置きで汚れを浮かしたり、物理的な攻撃によって汚れ落としをすることが大事です。
ということで、汚れが強い蛇口には、サンポールの原液をかけてからキッチンペーパーで湿布した上に、追いサンポールをしてラップをしました。
ここから5時間ほど浸け置きしてから食器用スポンジで磨いていきました。
蛇口の内側の下の方に、汚れが残りましたが、その他はピカピカになりました。
残った汚れに関しては前述した通り、より攻撃的な研磨をする必要があります。
プロの掃除とは、最初からＭＡＸでの道具や洗剤や手法はしません。
なぜなら、傷がついたり破損する恐れがあるからです。
経験則で傷や破損しないように汚れが落ちるよう作業して、汚れが落ちなければ徐々に強力な掃除をしていくのが基本となります。
具体的に物理的な攻撃をする汚れ落としをする道具とは、今回の場合でいうと『スクリーパー』や『サンダー』です。
